Se-Phoksundo lake is the deepest lake in Nepal and the lake changes color frequently from deep blue to light blue.
The Se-Phoksundo lake got its popularity after eric valley made a film about Se-Phoksundo lake.

5. Rara (largest lake of Nepal)
Rara Lake, the longest lake of Nepal is in Mugu district at an altitude of 4000 meters from the sea level.
The lake changes the color of the lake according to the sunshine and weather. Snowtrout is a kind of fish which can be found only in RARA lake of Nepal.

7. Tilicho ( Highest Altitude lake in the world)
Tilicho lake is the highest altitude lake in the world. This lake lies in Manang district of Nepal at an altitude of 4919 meters above the sea level. The length of Tilicho lake is 8 kilometers and width is 1.2 kilometers.
The trail reaching Tilicho has Tibetan like culture. The Bhote and other Mongolian people live in this area of the country. The trail starts from starting point of annapurna circuit.

8.Phewa Lake Pokhara
Fewa lake or Fewa Taal is one of the biggest lakes of Nepal. Fewa lake is the main tourist attraction of Pokhara Nepal (Kaski District).
There is a famous temple called Barahi Mandi (temple) in the middle of the lake. If the weather is clear you will be able to capture the reflection of the famous Machhepuchre mountain in it.
But unfortunately, we were unable to capture the schene because of the weather.
The lake is the starting point for Annapurna trail mustang, and Mardi Himal trek . The Phewa lake has a length of 4 kilometers and width of 2 kilometers and depth is 24 meters.

9. Badimalika Lake
Badimalika lake is located at Bajura district of far west Nepal at an altitude of 4219 meters. This place and the lake is one of the holiest places for Hindu people that live in the country.
Although Badimalika is a tourist destination of Nepal. But, lack of government care this place do not have basic facilities for tourists. No proper hotels or guest rooms no food. All you have to manage your own.
